CKSC members invited to
Middlesex Training Camp

Three of our swimmers were invited onto this year's Middlesex Training Camp based on their performances and rankings at the Middlesex Championships.
The lucky 3 to attend the weekend at Southbury Road Pool in September were Martijn Bokkerink, Patrick Jack and Katharine Spooner.
All 3 said how much they enjoyed the content - hard pool work, dry land training, nutrition and sports psychology workshops.
